Our Admission Philosophy

Seven Square Academy follows a straightforward and transparent admission policy. We welcome students and parents who share our enthusiasm for learning and commitment to holistic development. The school ensures every child receives an opportunity to grow in a nurturing, disciplined, and value-based environment. General Admission Policy

1. Admission Session: Students are admitted at the beginning of a new Academic Session after qualifying the selection test.
2. For Grade I Admissions: A student seeking admission to Standard I must produce the original birth certificate from a Government Panchayat Authority.
3. Students from Private or Unrecognized Schools: Must produce an affidavit and School Leaving Certificate (SLC) with a letter from the Department of Education.
4. Students from Recognized Schools: Must provide a valid SLC bearing the recognition number. For transfers outside Maharashtra, the SLC must be countersigned by the Education Inspector of that state. The previous school’s report card is mandatory.
5. Registration & Seat Availability: Parents must submit the admission form with the previous year’s final result. Admission depends on seat availability.
6. Document Submission: Upon confirmation, parents must submit the birth certificate, leaving certificate, and four passport-size photographs.

Fee Structure and Withdrawal Policy

Admission fee will be charged for all new admissions, including those moving from Sr. KG to Grade I.
Withdrawals during the year require one month’s written notice. In special cases, one quarter’s tuition fee must be paid in lieu of notice. Fees once paid are non-refundable.
No results or School Leaving Certificates will be issued until all dues are cleared.
Fees for the vacation month must be paid if the student leaves before any vacation.
No fee deduction is allowed for vacations or partial months. The full month’s fee is payable if the student's name appears on the roll on the 1st day.
Withdrawals are accepted only through written requests by parents/guardians to the Principal.
For a duplicate School Leaving Certificate, an affidavit and a nominal fee are required.

Code of Conduct and School Authority Rights

If a student's or parent's behavior is detrimental to others or the school environment, the Principal reserves the right to remove the student from the school or class.
The Principal’s decision on matters of misconduct or misbehavior is final and binding.
Parent cooperation is vital. Misbehavior or inappropriate conduct may result in suspension or expulsion of their ward.
