ADMISSION POLICY

Our admissions policy is relatively straight forward and simple. We want to associate with parents and students who have zest and zeal to be a part of a dynamic growing culture. We want to learn as much as we can about your child and we promise to give you every opportunity to learn about us. You can be in touch with us through our website, visit us virtually or in person and also watch our school videos.

1. Students will be admitted at the beginning of a new Academic Session after qualifying the selection test for admission.

2. A student seeking admission in Std I will have to produce the original birth certificate from a relevant Government Panchayat Authority in support of the Date of Birth entered in the Registration and Admission Form.

3. A student who has attended a private unrecognized school must produce an affidavit for the same along with the School Leaving Certificate from the last school attended and has to get a letter from the Department of Education.

4. A student coming from a recognized school will be admitted only when a school leaving certificate from the school he/she has last attended, is produced. The school leaving certificate or transfer certificate should bear the recognition number of that school. In case of a student coming from a school outside Maharashtra State, the school leaving certificate must be countersigned by the Education Inspector of the area in that state from where he/she come. The Report card of the previous school is mandatory.

5. Parents seeking admission for their ward should initially fill in the registration & admission form and attach a photo copy of the student’s final result of the previous year from the earlier school. Admission will be granted on the basis of the availability of the seat.

6. On being granted admission, parents will have to submit the necessary documents (birth certificate, leaving certificate etc) along with four passport size photographs.

7. Admission fee will be charged for all new admissions including students seeking admission to class I from Sr. K.G.

8. A student seeking withdrawal during the academic year is expected to give one month notice in writing by the Parent/Guardian to the Principal of the school. In exceptional circumstances of withdrawal, one quarter tuition fee in lieu of the notice will have to be paid. Amount collected as Term Fee or Tuition Fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.

9. Unless all dues are paid by the student the results of the examinations/ tests conducted by the school will not be communicated to the student. School Leaving Certificate will not be issued till all the outstanding dues from the student at the time of leaving the school are paid and a clearance certificate from the concerned authority is obtained.

10. Those who leave the school in the month prior to any vacation must pay the fee for the vacation.

11. No deduction in fee will be allowed for vacations or for broken periods of the month. The full month’s fee will be payable if the student’s name appears on the roll on the 1st day of the month. Admission fee will not be refunded even if the student, for any reason, leaves the school immediately after securing admission.

12. All withdrawals from the school can be made only on the written request for the same by the parent or guardian of the child to the Principal. Application for a School Leaving Certificate should be made by the parent or guardian.

13. In case of a request for a duplicate of the School Leaving Certificate, the parent or guardian, will have to produce an affidavit stating therein what has happenedto the original certificate and why a duplicate is required. A fee will be chargedfor issuing a duplicate School Leaving Certificate.

14. If a student or parent behavior is detrimental to the other students and the atmosphere of the school, the Principal has a right to remove the student from the rolls of the school or class. Incase of any misconduct/misbehavior the Principal has the absolute right to admit/denyadmission or dismiss a child from the school. The decision of the Principal shall be final and binding on the parents.

15. Parent’s co-operation in the development of the child is solicited. If any parent is found to misbehave or misconduct or display any inappropriate behavior,such cases may result in dismissal/expulsion/ suspension of their ward fromschool.
