As per the CBSE Education Code, Article 60:
A. The following acts and conduct on the part of the students will amount to misconduct:
| i. Misbehaviour towards teachers or any other employees of the school. | ix. Propagating communal/caste feeling amongst the students. |
| ii. Intentional disturbance of classes. | x. Disobeying lawful orders of the Teachers/Vice-Principal/Principal. |
| iii. Absence from classes without permission. | xi. Indulging in physical violence; medical expenses borne by parents. |
| iv. Bullying/intimidation of others. | xii. Bringing unauthorized people/articles inside the school. |
| v. Eve-teasing/Misbehaviour towards girl students. | xiii. Theft/pilferage of school/student’s property. |
| vi. Damaging/Disfiguring school property. | xiv. Any behaviour unbecoming of a student. |
| vii. Propagating a strike/disruption of classes. | xv. Indulging in acts of moral turpitude. |
| viii. Association with banned organizations. | xvi. Copying in class is a serious offense. |
B. In above acts of misconduct, Principal shall take suitable action as per observations of the disciplinary committee depending on the gravity of the misconduct, which may include:
i. Oral/written warnings to the students and parents.
ii. Suspension from attending classes/school.
iii. Recovery of loss to school property.
iv. Issue of Transfer Certificate.
v. Expulsion from school.
School Management Committee can change the above rules and regulations anytime without informing the parents.
