Students must arrive at school at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time. Habitual latecomers will not be allowed. |

75% attendance in each term is mandatory for promotion to the next grade level. |

The school reserves the right to withhold promotion if the minimum attendance is not met. |

For prolonged illness, parents must inform the Principal in writing along with a medical certificate. |

Unauthorized absence for 15 days or more may lead to the student's name being struck off the rolls. |

Students must attend the first and last day of school at the start and end of every academic session. |

Medical appointments should be scheduled after school hours unless there is an emergency. |

Absence due to illness should be informed immediately. Prior permission is required even for one day of leave. |

Parents must seek prior approval from the Principal if their child is participating in activities outside school during school hours. |

Absence during examinations, especially Term Exams, is strongly discouraged and will not be condoned. |

Submission of a leave application does not guarantee approval; the Principal’s approval is mandatory. |
